. What can I say about this place. Run don't walk. This is our Tuesday night meal weekly. The ladies who run the truck are amazing. They are friendly hard working and the food is freaking phenomenal.

As Vegetarians, this hits the spot! We've tried so many taco trucks, Tacos La Doña is exceptional! Their Red, avocado and green salsas are amazing with the California Burritos, Potato Tacos & fries They are so sweet and quick, fabulous service, comforting food, plenty of space to park, 100% recommend!

Updating this to a 5 star because I have found myself coming twice a week! This week was 3x. The al pastor burrito is just so good!

It was a Friday night and I was hangry because the place I originally wanted to eat was closed, even though their posted hours said otherwise. As I was searching through yelp, nothing really interested me because I had my mind set on the other place, but as I was driving down Las Tunas, I saw the truck and decided to stop by because why not. I was hungry, angry, sad and it's been awhile since I've had their tacos. My friend and I got two of their downtown dogs, which I didn't know they had and two al pastor tacos. We asked for it to go, so when they handed the tacos in aluminum foil, I turned to my friend and asked, "there's two tacos in here?" and they said I literally asked that last time we were here. I will say their tacos are pretty small in size, but they do load it with meat. They tasted solid to me, but for some reason, their downtown dogs were hitting that night. I don't know if it was because I was so hungry, but I thought the flavor of it was pretty good. I will admit they don't taste the same as the ones they sell in L.A, but it was good enough for me that night. I will say the buns were pretty soggy, but other than that, I liked it and might get that the next time I visit.

Tacos La Doña is a great taco truck on Las Tunas and Muscatel and they're a staple here in the city. Keep in mind like other reviews have mentioned, it is cash only here. They park right outside a school at night so there's plenty of parking inside if you need to or there's always street parking. Some of the items I've tried: Tacos are fairly standard, nothing too much to complain about. I've tried the asada, lengua, and some others as well. The dirty dogs are pretty good. The toppings go really well with it. I've only had it to go so they're wrapped in foil and it's been a few minutes once I finally eat it but they're still fairly good. The nachos are good as well, you get to pick a protein you want on top. Otherwise, it's fairly plain with cheese, some sour cream, whatever meat you had chosen. I'll then add the salsa and the onions and ends up being not too bad if you're looking for something to share. They tend to be pretty quick with the ordering process until you get your food. There aren't too many taco trucks in the area so they have their niche here.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has no seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located at Jefferson Middle School. Just use the middle school's parking lot. So many spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. And the parking spots are pretty decently sized. Food: I ordered 6 fish tacos. The fish tacos were bomb! Crunchy, crispy, and tasty. The corn taco shells itself was very soft. The sliced cabbages were bomb too. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, and fast. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is a credit card minimum. The minimum is $10. If you use your credit card below $10, they will charge you .50¢
